My food truck: Kebede's only way to earn a living
Kebede drives for a living in Adama, and a broken suspension has stopped all income for 12 weeks.

I make my living with my food truck. 12 weeks ago the suspension failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $200. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my younger brothers and sisters. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $200 goes:
• suspension replacement (parts): $120
• Labor charges: $35
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $25
• Towing and inspection: $20
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Looking forward to the next update. Thinking of Adama.
Hope it all works out, Kebede. I hope things turn around soon. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Love from Incheon.
