My food truck: Jocelyn's only way to earn a living
Without my food truck Jocelyn can't work; a $150 repair would put her back on the road.

I make my living with my food truck. 6 weeks ago the rear axle failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $150. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my 1 children. Before the breakdown I worked eleven hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $150 goes:
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $50
• Labor charges: $65
• Towing and inspection: $35
If you're reading this, thank you.

Wishing you the best. Hope the shop reopens soon. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. All the best
Gave what I could, wish it was more. Thinking of Cebu City.

Good luck. Small businesses are the heart of Cebu City. Hope you're open again soon. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry.
