Moving day volunteers: Andrew's family relocating in Los Angeles
A short, concrete way to help: a few hours of lifting and loading in Los Angeles.

After mold in the old building became a health issue for my child, I found a safe, affordable apartment in Los Angeles, and the lease starts on Saturday. I have three kids, a few pieces of furniture and no money for movers.
I'm hoping for a few strong people for about three hours. If you have a van or pickup, that would help enormously - I'll cover fuel.
The old place is on the second floor and the new place has an elevator. We'll do it in two trips. Lunch and cold drinks are on me.
I know this is a lot to ask of strangers. I'd be happy to share references from my landlord and my employer.
Thanks for being kind about this.
