Mocha's bloat: help with the vet bill

Mocha is my three-legged dog of nine years. On 18 July we rushed to Phuket Veterinary Centre with bloat. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $700. They have stabilized Mocha, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Mocha is more than a pet - Mocha got me through my hardest year. I have already put $75 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
