Mobility fund: cochlear implant processor upgrade for Mohan in Mumbai
A cochlear implant processor upgrade would give Mohan independence - we're $100 away.

I live with a rare neuromuscular condition. My occupational therapist at the Mumbai Mobility Clinic has assessed me and recommended a cochlear implant processor upgrade. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $100.
My current equipment is 13 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 10 weeks.
With the right equipment I could go outside without waiting for someone to push. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
Where the $100 goes:
• Delivery and set-up: $25
• Fitting and training sessions: $35
• First-year servicing plan: $40
Thanks for reading all this.

Hope things get better soon. Get well soon. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Blessings
