Mobility fund: braille note-taker for Karim in Rabat

Karim lives with an amputation below the knee. The occupational therapist at the Rabat Mobility Clinic has assessed him and recommended a braille note-taker. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $950. His current equipment is 12 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 8 weeks. With the right equipment Karim could get to the shops and visit friends. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.
