Mobility fund: adapted tricycle for Joseph in Kinondoni

Joseph lives with profound hearing loss. The occupational therapist at the Kinondoni Mobility Clinic has assessed him and recommended an adapted tricycle. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $700. His current equipment is 10 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 12 weeks. With the right equipment Joseph could attend work interviews. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
