Help Dinesh get an adapted tricycle so He can get to the shops and visit friends.
🇮🇳 Mysuru, Karnataka, India1,063 views
Dinesh lives with a rare neuromuscular condition. The occupational therapist at the Mysuru Mobility Clinic has assessed him and recommended an adapted tricycle. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,050.
His current equipment is 9 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 5 weeks.
With the right equipment Dinesh could get to the shops and visit friends. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
Where the $1,050 goes:
• adapted tricycle: $970
• Fitting and training sessions: $30
• Delivery and set-up: $15
• First-year servicing plan: $35

Keep going, Payal. This could happen to any of us. It's not much but it's yours. All the best.
I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Love from Rome
