Mental health support for Wellington after bullying at school

After bullying at school, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Ribeirão Preto cost $30 each. I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford.
