After the miscarriage, Violet has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at the Los Angeles Counselling Collective cost $75 each. Violet has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Violet could afford. The therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
