Mental health support for Vijay after years of caregiving
A course of weekly cognitive behavioral therapy for Vijay could change everything; the cost is $1,650.

After years of caregiving, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Leicester cost $55 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
Where the $1,650 goes:
• 12 therapy sessions: $1,350
• Psychiatric assessment: $260
• Workbook and resources: $40
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Stay strong. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. After 7 years in hospitality I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
Wishing you peace, Vijay. This could happen to any of us. Blessings.
sending good thoughts, Vijay. Wishing Vijay a smooth procedure and a full recovery. After 10 years in accounting I know how hard it's to ask for anything!
Take care. Hope you get there. Thinking of Leicester
