Mental health support for Tatiana after bullying at school
Tatiana is working through bullying at school and needs help paying for 20 sessions with a licensed counselor.

After bullying at school, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at the Kyiv Counselling Collective cost $20 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.

The list at the bottom is the whole picture. 20 therapy sessions is the biggest at $250. I'll keep the page updated.
