After the death of both parents, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Glendale cost $90 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
