Mental health support for Nneka after the miscarriage

After the miscarriage, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at Gwagwalada Wellbeing Centre cost $15 each. I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford.
