Mental health support for Nancy after the death of both parents

After the death of both parents, Nancy has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at Nairobi Wellbeing Centre cost $20 each. Nancy has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Nancy could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
