Mental health support for Mia after military deployment

After military deployment, Mia has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at the Houston Counselling Collective cost $95 each.
Mia has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Mia could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
