A braille note-taker for Ben: help Ben move freely
Ben needs a braille note-taker that the health system will not fund; the cost is $2,600.

Ben lives with multiple sclerosis. The occupational therapist at the Berlin Mobility Clinic has assessed him and recommended a braille note-taker. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $2,600.
His current equipment is 13 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 12 weeks.
With the right equipment Ben could go outside without waiting for someone to push. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.
