After the death of both parents, Lan has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Hồ Chí Minh City cost $10 each.
Lan has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Lan could afford. The therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.

What exactly is the $460 for?
