Mental health support for Kelly after military deployment

After military deployment, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at the Caxias do Sul Counselling Collective cost $40 each. I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
