After years of caregiving, Blessing has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at Wudil Wellbeing Centre cost $15 each. Blessing has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Blessing could afford. The therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference. Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Blessing, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment. Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable. Where the $200 goes: • 16 therapy sessions: $155 • Psychiatric assessment: $35 • Workbook and resources: $10 Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Wishing you peace, Sani. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I'll check back for the next update. Take care.

    • Wishing you peace, Sani. Gave what I could, wish it was more. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry.

      • Thinking of you. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Take care
