Mental health support for Alberto after bullying at school
A course of weekly cognitive behavioral therapy for Alberto could change everything; the cost is $800.

After bullying at school, Alberto has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at Ciudad de México Wellbeing Centre cost $35 each.
Alberto has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Alberto could afford. The therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Alberto, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
