Mental health support for Ahmed after years of caregiving

After years of caregiving, Ahmed has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at Soweto Wellbeing Centre cost $15 each.
Ahmed has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Ahmed could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Ahmed, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
