Back to business - Mason's comeback in New York
Mason lost a freezer and scales to a break-in and needs $3,900 to reopen a fish stall and support the family.

For twelve years I have run a fish stall in New York. In August, a break-in took a freezer and scales. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Saturday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 10 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $3,900 goes:
• Replacing a freezer and scales: $2,550
• Initial stock: the first catch: $310
• Shop repairs and licensing: $530
• Working capital for the first month: $510
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.
