After a house fire, Mehul has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at Mumbai Wellbeing Centre cost $10 each.
Mehul has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Mehul could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Mehul, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
