Marisol's stage 3 ovarian cancer treatment fund

Marisol was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer in October. The oncology team at San Jose Cancer Centre has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in December. She will be away from work for about 6 weeks. Marisol is 49, worked as a construction supervisor until October, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to San Jose Cancer Centre 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
