Maria's final semester of a law degree in Sheffield
Maria has worked and saved for three years to study a law degree; a $4,650 gap now stands between her and graduation.

Maria is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a law degree at Sheffield University, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $4,650.
The registrar has said Maria can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Maria has a first-class average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Maria would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Maria isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Sheffield University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $4,650 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $1,500
• Final term tuition: $2,650
• Exam and lab fees: $195
• Textbooks and materials: $305
Every share and every dollar helps.
