Marcos is launching a dog-grooming salon and would love advice from someone who has built one.

I'm launching a dog-grooming salon in Ciudad de México next July. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a dog-grooming salon, willing to have a monthly call for the first four months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

rooting for you. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Thinking of Ciudad de México.
