Tae-hoon lives with a spinal cord injury. The occupational therapist at Suwon General Hospital has assessed him and recommended a stair-climbing aid. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $450. His current equipment is 9 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 7 weeks. With the right equipment Tae-hoon could get to the shops and visit friends. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered. Where the $450 goes: • Fitting and training sessions: $220 • Delivery and set-up: $130 • First-year servicing plan: $100 Every share and every dollar helps.

  • hang in there, Seo-yeon. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Love from Badagry.
