Manikandan lives with low vision from retinitis pigmentosa. The occupational therapist at the Rohini Mobility Clinic has assessed him and recommended an adapted tricycle. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $450.
His current equipment is 8 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 10 weeks.
With the right equipment Manikandan could go to school independently. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.

• Delivery and set-up: $10
• First-year servicing plan: $10

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Manikandan.
Adapted tricycle is $380 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page. Thanks for asking.
