Lourdes's final semester of an agriculture degree in Philadelphia
Lourdes is two terms away from finishing an agriculture degree but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $4,900.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying an agriculture degree at Philadelphia Polytechnic, and I'm two terms away from graduating. I have worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $4,900.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a first-class average, and my faculty supervisor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $4,900 goes:
โข Exam and lab fees: $210
โข Outstanding tuition balance: $2,300
โข Final term tuition: $2,390
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

Wishing you peace, Lourdes. Shared this with my family. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like.
Good luck, Lourdes. Shared it with a few friends. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Take care.
Rooting for you. Hope you get there. Love from Tlaquepaque.
praying for you. Study hard! After 18 years in accounting I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Greetings from Vadodara.
