Lotus Park needs a community garden - Bolaji's neighborhood project
A community-led a community garden at Lotus Park that will serve 340 neighbors.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a community garden. This year a group of 27 volunteers, including the neighborhood football club, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Lotus Park, but no funding.
We have received donated volunteer hours worth about $80, and the remaining cost is $300.
It will serve about 340 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in December and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.

• Tools hire and delivery: $60
• Materials: $190
• Permits and inspections: $50

is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Bolaji.
Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. tools hire and delivery comes first ($60) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid.
