Logan was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in August. The oncology team at the Reading Oncology Institute has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in November. He will be away from work for about 12 weeks.
Logan is 27, worked as a hairdresser until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Reading Oncology Institute 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.

• Household costs while unable to work: $2,300
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $7,750
• Scans and lab work: $1,150
