Laiba's final semester of a computer science degree in Lahore

Laiba is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a computer science degree at Lahore State College, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $500. The registrar has said Laiba can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Laiba has a first-class average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Laiba would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Laiba isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Lahore State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt. Where the $500 goes: • Outstanding tuition balance: $145 • Final term tuition: $280 • Exam and lab fees: $10 • Textbooks and materials: $65 If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.
