Khánh's final semester of a master's in public health in Hồ Chí Minh City

Khánh is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a master's in public health at Hồ Chí Minh City State College, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $750. The registrar has said Khánh can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Khánh has a top-ten-percent average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Khánh would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Khánh isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Hồ Chí Minh City State College bursar's office.
