Noah is behind on water bills after losing my job in December and needs $950 to avoid a shut-off.

The water account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on March unless I pay $950. I have never been late before losing my job in December.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $65 first, which I don't have.
I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through summer without water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
