Keep the water on at Lakshmi's home in Colombo

The water account is 2 months behind. Lakshmi received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on February unless $100 is paid. She had never been late before October's medical emergency. Lakshmi called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which isn't available. The household includes three children under ten, and going through the rainy season without water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home. Lakshmi is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
