Long's path to healing - weekly cognitive behavioral therapy in Thủ Đức
After a car accident, Long has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $400.

After a car accident, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to weekly cognitive behavioral therapy, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at the Thủ Đức Counselling Collective cost $15 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
Where the $400 goes:
• 16 therapy sessions: $340
• Psychiatric assessment: $45
• Workbook and resources: $15
I hope life is good to you.

Thinking of you, Long. This could happen to any of us. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day.

Wishing you the best. This could happen to any of us. After 7 years in engineering I know how hard it is to ask for anything. Take care
