Denise is behind on heating bills after an unexpected car repair and needs $900 to avoid a shut-off.

The heating account is 2 months behind. Denise received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $900 is paid. She had never been late before an unexpected car repair.
Denise called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $150 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a newborn, and going through the cold months without heating isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Denise is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
