Keep the heating on at Denise's home in London
Denise is behind on heating bills after an unexpected car repair and needs $900 to avoid a shut-off.

The heating account is 2 months behind. Denise received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $900 is paid. She had never been late before an unexpected car repair.
Denise called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $150 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a newborn, and going through the cold months without heating isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Denise is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $900 goes:
• Heating arrears: $560
• Reconnection and late fees: $135
• Down payment on a payment plan: $205

You're not alone. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. I went through something like this 14 years ago and strangers helped me out. Love from Richards Bay
Take care, Violet. Hope you get there. Thinking of London
Wishing you the best, Violet. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Don't be hard on yourself for asking
