Keep the gas on at Regina's home in Tarragona

The gas account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on March unless I pay $450. I have never been late before January's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $120 first, which I don't have. I live with a disabled brother, and going through winter without gas isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
