Keep the gas on at Maryna's home in Moscow

The gas account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $200. I have never been late before an unexpected car repair. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $30 first, which I don't have. I live with three children under ten, and going through the cold months without gas isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
