Keep the gas on at Angelica's home in Quezon City

A disconnection notice for gas arrived and Angelica needs $150 before November.

The gas account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless I pay $150. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $35 first, which I don't have. I live with a disabled brother, and going through winter without gas isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here. Where the $150 goes: • Electricity arrears: $70 • Reconnection and late fees: $25 • Down payment on a payment plan: $55 Every share and every dollar helps. - Angelica

  • Thinking of you and your family, Angelica. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My colleague had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. God bless.

    • Thinking of you and your family. Shared it with a few friends. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Thinking of Quezon City.

      • Rooting for you, Angelica. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Greetings from Bogra.

        • Hope it all works out, Angelica. Looking forward to the next update. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Blessings
