Keep the gas on at Anand's home in Nagpur

The gas account is 2 months behind. Anand received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on June unless $150 is paid. He had never been late before March's medical emergency. Anand called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $10 first, which isn't available. The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without gas isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
