Keep the electricity and water on at Spyridon's home in Piraeus

The electricity and water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on June unless I pay $300. I have never been late before losing my job in March. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $40 first, which I don't have. I live with a disabled brother, and going through winter without electricity and water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
