Keep the electricity and water on at Seydou's home in Haarlem
A disconnection notice for electricity and water arrived and Seydou needs $400 before October.

The electricity and water account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless I pay $400. I have never been late before June's medical emergency.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $100 first, which I don't have.
I live with a disabled brother, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $400 goes:
• Gas arrears: $270
• Reconnection and late fees: $50
• Down payment on a payment plan: $80
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Sending good thoughts, Seydou. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. Please keep us posted. Greetings from Boulogne-Billancourt.
Stay strong, Seydou. I hope things turn around soon. I'm in logistics myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. God bless.
So sorry you're going through this, Seydou. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like.
Stay strong. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Sent it to 31 people at work.
Keep going, Seydou. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. My neighbor had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. All the best.
