Keep the electricity and water on at Seydou's home in Haarlem
A disconnection notice for electricity and water arrived and Seydou needs $400 before October.

The electricity and water account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless I pay $400. I have never been late before June's medical emergency.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $100 first, which I don't have.
I live with a disabled brother, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
