Luna called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $110 first, which isn't available.
The household includes two young children, and going through the cold months without electricity and water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
Luna is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
