Keep the electricity and water on at Ashok's home in Nashik
Ashok is behind on electricity and water bills after March's medical emergency and needs $100 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity and water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless I pay $100. I have never been late before March's medical emergency.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which I don't have.
I live with three children under ten, and going through summer without electricity and water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Ashok's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.

Thank you all. We're at 33% now ($33). I'm honestly stunned. I made the first payment toward down payment on a payment plan.
We're at 23% thanks to 2 of you. the plan for reconnection and late fees is now scheduled. More news soon.
Quick update: $13 raised so far (13%). the first invoice got paid this week. Receipts coming as soon as I have them.
