Justice shouldn't depend on a bank balance: Mizanur's work-permit appeal
Help Mizanur cover the fees of a work-permit appeal so He can stay with his family.

Mizanur is facing a work-permit appeal. The hearing is scheduled for August, and the filing fees and the lawyer's retainer come to $100. Three legal-aid offices have said their waiting lists are longer than the deadline.
Mizanur has all the paperwork ready, and a caseworker at New Delhi Welcome Centre has confirmed that the case is valid.
If the deadline is missed Mizanur could lose the right to stay with the family and the job. The children were born here and this is the only home they know.
Funds cover only the filing fees, translations and attorney retainer.
Where the $100 goes:
• Court-appointed interpreter and travel: $10
• Certified translations and document copies: $25
• Filing and biometrics fees: $65
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.
