Jagadish needs a stair-climbing aid - help us make it happen
Help Jagadish get a stair-climbing aid so He can join the school sports day.

I live with an amputation below the knee. My occupational therapist at the Nashik Rehabilitation Centre has assessed me and recommended a stair-climbing aid. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,050.
My current equipment is 9 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 4 weeks.
With the right equipment I could join the school sports day. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.
Where the $1,050 goes:
• stair-climbing aid: $980
• Delivery and set-up: $15
• First-year servicing plan: $55
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Thinking of you. Wishing Jagadish a smooth procedure and a full recovery. Put this on a community board in Kharkiv this morning. Thinking of Nashik.
Hope the doctors have good news. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Love from Birmingham!
Hang in there, Jagadish. I hope things turn around soon. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Blessings.
